General conditions for testing
Purpose of testing
All products which you will receive as to test out, are extensively tested and most of them have been available on the market. By testing new products De Sjamaan wants to get a clear view on the effects of a product, the right dosage and De Sjamaan wants to know if a product is interesting enough to add it to the assortment. As a member of our test group, you have an influence on our assortment and on which products we add to our assortment.
Conditions for testing
- Only apply as a to test out products, when you want to test products in a serious and responsible manner.
- Only apply as a to test out products, if you are a physically and mentally healthy person.
- Do not use alcohol or other substances during the a test.
- Fill in the questioneer about the test, accurately, clearly and readable, please use block letters.
- Please hand in the questioneer as soon as possible, in the same shop where you received your test product.
Handing in the test results
- If you hand in the questioneer within 10 days after receiving the test product, then you will receive the 10 Euro you paid as a deposit. Most of the time there will be a bonus (a free product) waiting for you.
- If you hand in the questioneer between the 11th and 30th day after receiving the product, then you will receive the 10 Euro you paid as a deposit.
- If you hand in the questioneer 31 days or more after receiving the test product, then you will not receive the 10 Euro you paid as a deposit.
- If for some reason, you are not able to hand in the questioneer before the 31st day after receiving the test product, then please contact the shop where you received the test product ASAP. Then they can go through the questions with you. A note will be made of the date on which you called, so you have the possibility to receive the 10 Euro you paid as a deposit, at a later time. You can also send an email.
The course of testing
- A co-worker of De Sjamaan will contact you when a suitable test product is available.
- During this conversation you will be informed from which date and in which shop (Arnhem or Nijmegen) you can collect the test product.
- If it is not a good moment for you to test a product. Please tell us during this conversation. This is not a problem at all and next time when there is a suitable test product you will be contacted again.
- Collect your test product as soon as possible.
- When you are going to collect your test product, you need to pay 10 Euro as a deposit. You will receive your deposit of 10 Euro when you hand in the test results. Please read the conditions for handing in the test results.
- Before you actually start testing the product, it’s necessary to read the questions on questioneer carefully. It’s important to know on which things you have to focus during the test.
- Fill in the answers accurately and readable. If necessary, use block letters. Use the back of the questioneer to describe additional information or if you think you need some more space to accurately write down the answers to the questions.
- After testing, please hand in the questioneer in the shop where you received your test product, as soon as possible.
Filling in the application form
If you fully agree with the above conditions and you are interested in testing products in a serious and responsible manner, then please fill in the application form. Please fill in the form as completely as possible and readable, if necessary use block letter. De Sjamaan cannot use unreadable or half completed forms, so they wont be rewarded. We need serious tests, so if it becomes evident that tests are not done serious and responsible, then you will be removed from our test group and deposits will invalid,
